what we collect

when you book a table, send a wholesale enquiry or buy from the shop we collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us in the message.

how we use it

only to reply to you, manage your booking or order, and — if you ask us to — send you the occasional newsletter. we never sell your data.

how long we keep it

booking details are deleted after twelve months. order records are kept for six years for tax purposes.

your rights

you can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. email hello@dollop.coffee and we’ll sort it within a month.

cookies

we use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand which pages are popular. no advertising trackers.
