bookings
tables are held for fifteen minutes. if you’re running late, give us a call and we’ll do our best.
orders & delivery
beans are roasted to order and posted within three working days. if something arrives damaged, tell us within fourteen days and we’ll replace it.
subscriptions
you can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time before the next roast date.
events
event tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the start time.
